Chad Hill, President of Pest Authority of Alabama, has two great loves – his family and the outdoors. These two things brought him into the pest control industry over ten years ago, and his passion for providing his community with high-quality pest control services has only grown since then.
Prior to entering the pest business, Chad served as Vice President of Southern Wholesale Jewelers. He managed importing, wholesale distribution, and the retail showroom. With over 20 years of retail and wholesale experience, he fully understands how critical satisfied customers are to a company’s future. He believes that nothing can grow a business more efficiently than happy customers.
Chad and his wife Brandy decided to purchase a Mosquito Authority franchise in 2009. They built their business one satisfied customer at a time and grew Mosquito Authority into the largest outdoor mosquito control company in Alabama. During that time, they were awarded Vanguard of the Industry three times and Franchise of the Year in 2017. Chad is a member of the Alabama Pest Control Association, the American Mosquito Control Association, the Alabama Vector Management Association, multiple Chambers of Commerce, and is the Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 117.
After much deliberation, planning, and training, Chad decided to roll out Pest Authority of Birmingham in 2019.
"For years, we recognized that our clients needed a reliable, customer-service-oriented pest control option," explains Chad. "We have so many customers inquiring about home pest control that it just made sense to move in that direction."
