What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy talking with customers and building genuine relationships with them. I like keeping things personable and going the extra mile, whether that means finding the right solution to a pest issue or simply helping with a small favor like bringing in a trash can or newspaper. Those little things are all part of taking great care of our customers.
How long have you worked in the pest control industry? I have been in the pest control industry for seven years, working in both service and sales. My experience as a service and sales technician has allowed me to help customers find solutions while building lasting relationships along the way.
What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts, tattoos, and spending time with my family and my dog. I’m also a longtime gamer and have been playing World of Warcraft since 2004.
