Your home and yard face year-round pest pressure in the desert, where mild winters keep cockroaches, ants, and spiders active near your foundation even in the cooler months. Pest Authority of El Paso, TX delivers pest control for homes and businesses across the area, with scheduled service and a perimeter program that stops the full desert pest mix before it gets inside.
A walk-through of your property maps each entry point and pest risk specific to your home, and the treatment plan built from those findings eliminates active infestations first. Barrier 360 then builds the perimeter protection that stops pests from returning through foundation gaps and entryways between visits.
El Paso's Chihuahuan Desert climate brings mild winters and monsoon rains in summer that leave standing water across yards, driving mosquito and ant activity through late fall. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses across the area, with trained technicians who return on schedule to maintain your coverage.

Pest Activity and Seasonal Pressure in the Chihuahuan Desert
El Paso's desert climate keeps cockroaches, ants, and spiders active near homes through mild winters, and summer temperatures climbing past 95°F intensify pest pressure across the full property. July and August monsoon rains bring sudden moisture to the desert floor, driving mosquito and flea activity through residential neighborhoods well into fall.
Desert rodents, including pack rats and house mice, press toward homes throughout the year as they follow food and water sources along the Franklin Mountain corridor, and most pest control companies respond only when infestations appear. A scheduled exterminator program stays ahead of the year-round desert pest cycle and stops new activity before it reaches inside your home.

Ants: Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites: Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches: We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents: Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter): An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets: We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders: Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs: We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
