What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy meeting new people and having the opportunity to help customers solve their pest issues. It’s rewarding to find solutions that make a difference for our customers, and having a great team to work with makes the job even better.
How long have you worked here / in the pest control industry? I have been working in the pest control industry for three years. During that time, I’ve continued to build my knowledge and experience while helping customers protect their homes and yards.
What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy gaming and consider myself a big movie and TV show enthusiast. I’m always up for finding a new game to play or a good movie or series to watch.

Jay Jacobs Technician
What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy meeting new customers and building lasting relationships with the customers we already serve. I also enjoy continuing to learn new techniques from our managers and technicians. We have a great team, and I appreciate being able to learn from and work alongside them.
How long have you worked here / in the pest control industry? I have been in the pest control industry for 16 years. I owned Mosquito Authority in Middle Georgia for 11 years and have been working with TMA of Georgia for the past five years.
What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and working in the yard—now that I have mosquito control for it! I also enjoy spending time with my nine grandchildren and relaxing at the beach.
