Pest Control That Covers Your Home and Yard, Start to Finish
Your home and yard need a plan that works from the perimeter in, not one that only responds after pests are already inside. Pest Authority of Manassas, VA delivers pest control services for your home and yard, with targeted treatments and scheduled service built around the full pest mix active across Northern Virginia.
Our property walk-through maps the specific entry points where pest activity is most likely to develop, so the treatment plan we build eliminates active infestations first. Barrier 360 then establishes the pest-proof perimeter around your home's exterior that stops ants, cockroaches, spiders, and other invaders from reaching your foundation between scheduled visits.
Manassas's suburban woodlands, seasonal moisture, and four-season climate create persistent pressure from ticks, termites, mosquitoes, and stink bugs throughout the year. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses throughout Northern Virginia, with trained technicians who return on schedule to maintain your coverage.

Understanding Pest Season in Northern Virginia
Manassas and the surrounding Prince William County area sit in a transitional climate where warm summers drive mosquito and tick pressure, and wooded corridors sustain rodents and stinging insects from spring through fall. Eastern subterranean termites work through the area's clay-heavy soils year-round, and brown marmorated stink bugs surge in late summer as temperatures drop.
Termites cause structural wood damage that advances silently without a consistent treatment program, and ticks in Northern Virginia carry documented Lyme disease risk according to CDC surveillance data for the region. Where most pest control companies offer only reactive service, a scheduled exterminator program addresses the full pest cycle and keeps new pressure from reaching inside.

Ants: Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites: Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches: We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents: Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter): An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets: We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders: Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs: We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
