Whole-Property Pest Control Built for Georgia's Coastal Climate
Your home and yard along the Georgia coast face pest pressure that rarely lets up, driven by salt marsh humidity, warm temperatures, and mild winters that give pests few breaks. Pest Authority of Savannah, GA delivers year-round pest control services for homes and businesses throughout coastal Georgia, with a structured perimeter program and scheduled follow-through.
A thorough property walk-through maps your home's specific entry points and pest risks, and the treatment plan built from those findings eliminates active infestations before coverage begins. Barrier 360 then establishes a pest-proof perimeter around your property, stopping pests from returning to your foundation, entryways, and living spaces after each treatment.
In Savannah, tidal marsh systems, elevated humidity, and warm winters support termite activity, mosquito breeding, and cockroach pressure well beyond what inland areas see. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses throughout the area, with trained technicians who return on schedule to maintain your coverage.

What Drives Pest Activity Along the Georgia Coast
Along the Georgia coast, Savannah sits near tidal marshes and waterways that keep mosquito, tick, and flea pressure elevated from spring through late fall, while mild winters allow termites, cockroaches, and ants to stay active near foundations year-round. Eastern subterranean termites cause structural damage in the warm, moisture-rich soils along the coast, and cockroaches, rodents, and spiders exploit the humidity to establish inside homes well before most homeowners notice.
Mosquito species active along the Georgia coast are recognized as vectors for West Nile virus, and pest control companies responding only after populations peak leave homes exposed through much of the year. A professional exterminator on a scheduled cycle addresses the full pest mix through every seasonal shift, stopping termites, rodents, and stinging insects before they reach your home.

Ants: Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites: Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches: We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents: Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter): An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets: We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders: Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs: We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
